Plum Creek
Some of our most tightly contested categories happen to involve which neighborhoods you all believe to be the “best” for things like trick or treating or Christmas decorations. Last year, Hometown Kyle won this category but Plum Creek takes it for 2016!
Much like we said last year: There doesn’t seem to be a bad area in #KyleTX to take your kids out for some trick-or-treating on Halloween!
