A new 3-part yoga series is coming to downtown Kyle, Texas!

Offered by Kori Jones Yoga, this series will explore several breath practices and begin to move into longer held positions that focus on developing healthy lower bodies and spines along with promoting elongated muscles, building stronger joints, and releasing tension held in the connective tissues of the body.
