Explore Kyle’s history with a new book by Betty Harrison and the Hays County Historical Commission, Images of America: Kyle. Harrison is one of several authors in the Images of America series by Arcadia Publishing and The History Press. In this book, Harrison explores Kyle — which is also known as “The Prairie City” — in its early days.
Featuring dozens of vintage images, this book brings to life the people, places, and events that defined the Kyle community. Harrison will do a book signing at your Kyle Public Library on Jan. 29, 2016. It also has a few issues on order, so be sure to check it out!
