A newly proposed plan to grow our local healthcare industry was presented at a recent meeting between Kyle City Council officials and select city employees.
“The residents have expressed a desire to see our local healthcare industry grow. To make Kyle a more desirable place for specialized healthcare providers, we plan to bring in more of the types of businesses that have proven to flourish in this great city. That is – more fast food establishments and more mattress supply stores!”
The council went on to explain how, in the long run, this will benefit the community by creating healthcare jobs. “Imagine a community that is so stuffed with fast food and also extremely sedentary. The health care requirements will be so greatly needed in such a short period of time that we have an opportunity to make Kyle Texas a hot bed for health care providers!”
After the meeting, we asked a few unnamed officers of the Kyle Police Department that were in attendance for their thoughts on the City Council’s plans.
“Couldn’t be more supportive!” they replied as they finished chewing and swallowing the McDonald’s french fries that they brought to the meeting with them.
Stay tuned for more information on this newly announced plan from the Kyle City Council.
Ohhhh. Someone is a bit salty this morning. I don’t disagree with the satire though. I’m sick of seeing the fast food restaurants pop up.
Thanks for reading! We were just having fun at the council’s expense but we can definitely see how it might come across as salty. Almost as salty as a McDonald’s french fry! 🙂
Where is the ingenuity? I guess the city wants to remain just a pit stop up and down 35.
I just bought a box spring
