Information for the May 10th General/Special Election in the City of Kyle is attached below. This election will have the Mayor’s position and city council positions for Districts 2 and 4. The special election for City Council District 6 to replace the current council member who is resigning is uncontested and has been canceled. The lone candidate for District 6, Tammy Swafford, will take her seat at the May 20th council meeting

Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted at:

  • Kyle City Hall, 100 W Center St., Kyle, Texas
  • Hays Administration Building, 21003 IH35, Kyle, Texas
  • Buda Elementary Upper Campus, 300 San Marcos Street, Buda Texas

Between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on April 29, 2014, and May 1, 2, and May 6, 2014, and between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on April 28, 2014 and May 5, 2014 and between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday May 3, 2014.

Applications for ballot by mail must be received no later than the close of business on May 1, 2014 and shall be mailed to:
