Its official! Hays CISD Sport FENCING Classes will be offered at 6:15 on Wednesday evenings beginning NEXT week. Right now they are open to grades 6-11 and will be in the Gym at the Live Oak Academy (old South Campus of Hays High School).
We had the pleasure of interviewing the instructor and Olympian, Gary Vaderwege, for episode 4 of the Kyle Life Podcast and are so happy to see the school district offer this class.
It’s an incredible value and we’re confident that your kids will greatly benefit from the skills and direction learned from Mr. Vanderwege. It isn’t everyday that you get to learn from an Olympic pro, is it?
