The Kyle City Council is conducting series of workshops and public hearings as part of the budget development
process for the fiscal year 2013-2014 budget.
The Public Hearings will be conducted as part of the Budget Workshops (special called and regular meetings)
of the Kyle City Council on the City’s proposed Fiscal Year 2013-14 Annual Budget, Property Tax Rates,
Fees & Charges, and Water/Wastewater Rates at the Kyle City Hall, 100 West Center Street, Kyle, Texas, on
the following dates and times:
• Budget Meeting #1: Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
• Budget Meeting #2: Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
• Budget Meeting #3: Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
• Budget Meeting #4: Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
• Budget Meeting #5: Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at 7:00 p.m.
• Budget Meeting #6: Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. (1st Reading)
• Budget Meeting #7: Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. (2nd Reading)
All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearings and provide their comments to the City
Council. Electronic copies of the City’s proposed Fiscal Year 2013-14 Annual Budget document will be made
available on the City’s website at CityofKyle.com beginning August 2, 2013.
Paper copies of the proposed budget for public inspection will be available also beginning August 2, 2013
during business hours Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
on Friday (except on a City holiday) at the Kyle City Hall, 100 West Center Street, Kyle, Texas.
