The Kyle Parks and Recreation Department is offering fitness classes for all ages. The classes  begin on Thursday, August 2nd, and they take place in our Community from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The classes meet every Thursday during the month of August.

The main purpose of the five different classes is to offer a sampling of the different types of classes offered by Live Well Fitness and the Kyle Parks and Recreation Department. Please note the following list of classes:

  • August 2nd: Bootcamp
  • August 9th: Nia
  • August 16th: Pilate
  • August 23rd: Chair Fit
  • August 30th Nia.
