The city of Kyle has announced that this year’s Independence Day Celebration Fireworks Show will be held at the driving range of the Plum Creek Golf Course.

If you remember last year’s show, this is the same location. Something that is different about this year is that the Plum Creek Golf Course is having a pre-show celebration at their clubhouse beginning at 6PM. No outside food or beverages are allowed in, but they will be selling refreshments at the clubhouse.

Music entertainment for the PCGC pre-show celebration will be provided by the April Hall Band and parking is available at the golf course for a $3 fee (whether you attend the pre-show event or not). You can park elsewhere and enjoy the event at the clubhouse FREE of charge.

The city plans on starting the show a little after dark, around 9:30pm on July 4th. Like it was mentioned before,  the fireworks show will launch from the driving range of the Plum Creek Golf Course and will be visible from a variety of angles all across the city of Kyle. Per the city’s suggestion, “Find a spot early enough to see the tall water tower that is next to the Hays CISD PAC on Kohler’s Crossing. If you can see the water tower, you will have a great view of the fireworks.”

For more information on this event, including parking suggestions, you can find it in the city of Kyle’s web post.
